I think the reason pooners don't have a commonly used slur yet is because they're an extremely small and irrelevant group. I tried looking up other languages and they don't even have a word for pooners that isn't just the direct translation of the academically approved terms like "trans man" or "ftm", not a single slang or derogatory term.
Probably because pooners didn't really exist for most of human history and are a very recent phenomenon that only spread because of the internet, correct me if I'm wrong.
