iirc it was Fire Force that for whatever reason just loves to have one of the side characters have all of their clothes burned off whatever reason, etc.
it's extremely degenerate unfortunately, many of them have strayed away from being as such but AFAIK it's still a prevalent theme.
i wouldn't consider myself to be a "weeb", i cherrypick something that seems to have a interesting artstyle and plot based on reviews and i see how it is. i haven't watched too much tranime.
if you've ever read Akame ga Kill you'd know that it looks like a manchild made the thing. AOT and Blood C (ignore the movie(s)) is pretty good and thankfully have little to no pedoshit unlike some anime series.
