Like take a look guys.

The pastry dough of the croissant is fine, I just fucked up the rolling part, which made them tumble over in the oven while growing.

But the fucking pains au chocolat, uhh "chocolate bread" i guess, the dough completely became brioche, actual DNB of a puff pastry
