Rule 2 is enforced often, it's been like for more than half a year, it's not new.

I clear my cookies often and sometimes forget to turn off my VPN which gives me a Ban Evasion notice all the time. This is probably the case for a lot of people, using 'ged ports or however the mullvad is raped. I'd say the distribution is actually way less than all the other rules. Only obvious gimmickposters and avatarniggers would be remembered long enough to be hit by that. 'cordniggers and offshitters don't slowburn anymore, it's straight to 'p "jokes" or endlessly bumping homofag threads (Quote please enforce the hidden no-fags rule more).
