Now that I've gotten my qualifications out of the way, I can tell you he is most likely not lying. Almost everything he said is incredibly accurate, and considering he uses the sharty he has some experience in opsec which makes him act the way he does; a superiority complex could easily drive someone into becoming a pedophile not for an inherent liking of kids, but for a liking of control. It's too detailed to be bait, he even rationalizes himself "I can't stomach children getting groomed, but I would love to groom them myself". He is a creep.
