No. All of the mods would have to be replaced (rapeape would have to go too, obviously) and they would actually have to pay me like $25 an hour. How I would fix 4chan:
Consolidate all porn to one board or ban it altogether.
Make an SFW /trash/ board (aka you can do anything but not post porn) (so just like 4/qa/) and call it /b/ (zomg he remade /b/ great again!)
Move away from yotsuba engine to vichan (it’s updated regularly)
Remove all captchas and cooldowns and replace with MPA and Cloudflare.
Maybe, merge boards with similar purposes ( moving /po/ and 3d animation to the general artmaking board (forgor name))
make /lgbt/ and /pol/ right next to eachother on the top bar and board selection menu.
Ban all lolipedos without exception. Include a rule 2 (no advocacy for pedophilia). and enforce it harshly.
Add a user agent tracker to detect ban evasions

It's funny, because 4chan's spiritual death was complete around the time /qa/ started getting the retarded anime and frog wars, which led to the sharty. I'm not even upset about /qa/ getting bombed out over its last few years anymore because it was only that single board that had me invested in 4chan by the time it was deleted (locked), when the boards I was really interested in were already long dead by then. I only stuck around out of habit and I was hearing this place was just 4chan with less traffic, porn spam included, so I felt no desire to come here. Goes to show that you can't replace current day 4chan by being current 4chan.

The only problem with this is that it would speed up traffic on the combined board, but that means le heccking old (irrelevant) threads would be pushed off. 4chan is really mentally senile and thinks 1+ year old threads are somehow worth preserving, which is ironic because imageboards are supposed to be ephemeral by design. When genuine interest falls off, the thread is supposed to go. This is the way an imageboard keeps boards and discussion fresh and interesting. The down side is that you need a userbase that doesn't spam to illegitimately push off threads that are actually interesting. But that also necessitates good, truthful moderation that gets rid of bad actors. 4chan's userbase and moderation are so retarded that they don't even understand the website they use.
