1) apply to welfare and shelters and food banks as soon as possible. the wait lists for these programs take a gorillion years to be processed, so get in line sooner rather later. this will also give you an idea of what papers you'll need to take with you.
2) stop talking to people on the internet. online connections aren't nearly as worth it as real world connections, and i'm sure you're really feeling that right now. start taking daily walks around town and talk to random strangers. get a job, go volunteering, etc.
3) i'm assuming you live with your family, and your environment has changed now that they hate you. a very common tactic that people use to bully housemates is by messing with their shit. make sure you aren't being stolen from, things aren't out of order, etc. don't go too schizo, thoughbeit.
4) make sure you're presentable when talking to people. take a shower, comb your hair, brush your teeth, clean pair of clothes, etc. sad reality is that people treat you differently when they can see you're obviously homeless, so don't be caught wearing a dirty coat in the middle of summer while pushing a shopping cart full of your belongings.
