I would recommend only diving into music theory after you develop an intuitive understanding of melody, harmony, and rhythm from composing and analyzing other people's music by ear. This way you will have a more intimate understanding of it and won't have to rely on theory concepts as much

where can i learn about that? i don't even know what harmony is. i have been analyzing some songs by listening and watching people play on the piano on youtube, I noticed how they most often play multiple notes at the same time, when i tested it myself i noticed how a lot of notes played at the same time sound absolutely abhorrent while only some sound good and basically all flats/sharps sound like shit too.
