>>16111516 (OP)when i was 13-14 i had a similar fear of pissing myself while outside, most specifically while on public transport or in school. i would just randomly be afraid that i had pissed myself and that everybody else knew and i would have to get up to pat down my trousers repeatedly to make sure i didn't, as well as sniffing to see if it smelled like piss, and there were multiple times where i thought there was a wet patch when there wasn't. it all came to a head one day when my water bottle leaked in my bag and i had thought that i actually pissed myself 100% for real this time and i had to call my mother and ask for her to pick me up like 5 minutes away from the school. that was the last day i ever brought a water bottle with me to school, but i did gradually overcome the fear.
