I want it to have something to do with Impjak as the protagonist

Here's some ideas I came up with:

Worlds
Sweden
Norway
Gem/Coal Mines
Finland?
Hyperborea/Cacaborea?
Lesotho/Burundi?
Niggerhell
Special World

Power-ups
Mushroom = Sproke
Fire Flower = Poop
Star = No clue, maybe gem?
Cape = Also no clue
1-up = Maybe key? Albeit there are already keys in the game and it would get confusing
Yoshi = Horsejak like in picrel

Enemies
No clue, help me come with Sharty memes resprite for enemies
