>>16064608I've run some maths and 1kb of data is ~1370 characters of base64. You can definitely fit ultra compressed images into 1kb. Apparently the limit for a YouTube live comment is 10000 characters, but I don't know if you'd get blocked for spam if you pasted 10k chars of base64. I think this is worth an attempt.
