>>16039215A lot of factors lead to trooning out but the mental health crisis is largely because people feel "stuck" in life no matter what job, class they're in or what opportunities they have. A big part of this is wasting away on platforms that
1. Waste huge amounts of your time
2. Leads to constant comparison to people who are just as stuck as you but appear "better off"
3. Shapes your entire identity not off of what matters to you in reality and what you create, but off of what someone tells you/something you heard and what you consume.
4. Breed illiteracy and completely retard your attention span
5. Make you more susceptible to propaganda (misinfo and disinfo spread by both the left and right (e.g chuddiness on Instagram is NOT natural and IS a psyop))
6. Know more about you than you know yourself and trap you in an echochamber of your own "belief" which limits any type of personal growth
7. Makes friendships fake and fickle, real friends will always try to get a phone number instead of a user
8. Keeps you on your phone instead of having personal time for introspection and thoughts
9. Leads you to "solutions" in your life which only make you more stuck
10. Turns you into a mindless consumer who rarely creates outside of feelings of obligation who devolves into making social interactions chances to say >LOOK AT MY SLOP! LOOK!
11. Records every part of your life including mistakes that WILL be dug up and used against you by a variety of malicious forces that vary in intensity.
Social Media IS rotting your brain and turning you into a goyim
No amount of Reels, Tiktok, Snapchat, or normie-used app is going to benefit any of your future goals or what you stand for.
Personally, I would say put the phone down, but getting rid of social media is the best step to take.
