i think another issue is that your too hooked on short term pleasure and not things that are actually going to construct your life. fix this first then find a hobby like lock picking or bad minton for example

I suggest the arts (drawing, making music, etc), because you can express yourself and have fun at the same time. Get some cheap, simple instrument or art supplies and go nuts. You'll improve over time and you'll have something to remember. You could also use them for socializing, but this is /r9k/, so YMMV.
