For every day since possibly the start of 2026, I have had terrible sleep issues. I thought I was improving this week and last week since I had started going to sleep at reasonable times (12 am - 2 am) and for 7+ hours as well. But the past couple days have reverted back to being horrific. Yesterday, I want to sleep at 4 am (typical of me) and today, I went to sleep at 7 am and just now woke up. This used to never happen when I went to school or had a job, but this has been a common occurrence since I’ve gotten fired. My head constantly feels “empty” and I just feel like a husk of a human being. My eyes always ache as well. What can I do that doesn’t involve be taking Benadryl? Will this lack of sleep cause me to die one day?

Sleep deprivation definitely isn’t food for you. I would say pull and all-nighter and then go to bed early the next night to reset your sleep schedule but I tried that quite a few times and it didn’t work so idk
