Go talk to your family. If youre locked up in your room all the time they probably cant interact with you all that often if they have busy lives and arent NEET.
I also find it annoying when i get ignored online, its like my social inability carries over from real life. But you simply cannot replace real life with the computer. A good start would be talking with your family and getting a job, any job, just to reintroduce yourself to soyciety. It could be part time at a cafe but at least your social ability wont degenerate so far you become an ogre in your room. Once you feel comfortable with communicating with people start looking for an actual job, what you need to get it, etc. Dont be an endless wage slave, and dont sit at home rotting all day
