If you don't sleep enough, or have a fucked up sleep pattern, it affects this stuff a lot. Don't believe the jewish psychologists saying 8 hours is enough. The limit depends on the person and you might need more sleep. You need to try and go to bed and wake up at regular times too. So try to go to bed and wake up at the same times on the weekend as in the week.
Some basic stuff you can do is:
Submerge your eyes in cold water in the morning. It should help a bit.
If its caused by irritation, one thing I've done that works decently is to put wet tea bags on your eyes. If you drink tea just keep the old ones in a pile, and add some cold water onto them before putting them on your eyes.
Unfortunately eye bags are also a genetic thing. Niggers like clavicular always like to forget that the two biggest deciding factors in life are family and genetics, but really you could combine the two into the same thing.
