i dont like lying but i always drop a misleading truth if i spent the whole day browsing imageboards but in between i looked at a youtube video (and it was a video that wasnt EVIL) ill say "i was watching youtube" and if they ask what video ill tell them. Mostly when questions like this come up i just find some way to get it out of the way without looking like a retard. Also i often just say "nothing at all!" because its funny and they may laugh but dont leak this method

If you are actually uncomfortable with your actions, then try a new hobby. Find a solo sport that you can do so you also get some Vitamin D and cardio, something like running, skating, swimming. Or you can find something to sperg out about and learn stupid amounts of information on. I'm a tank and history sperg so I watch a bunch of videos on that. Then you can see if any of the youtubers have books on the topic.
Or you can just pick up a book and read. I can't recommend reading any modern book because most of it is shit written by fags and foids, for an audience of fags and foids. Theres a lot of classics though and they're pretty much all worth reading.
