Have you considered that your subpar anime drawings and inability to draw backgrounds might be the reason you're getting replaced?

It depends on what things ai is replacing, but most people dislike ai to an extent where they may not consume a piece of media that has ai, or at least not hold it up to the same level of respect that human made stuff gets.
I think stuff like food companys will use more ai for logos and stuff like that but cartoons and anime will stay made by humans but we will see ai used in more hidden ways like in scripts.

Artists/Authors will be able to sell directly to AI companies. They are currently buying up rare books, which are one of a kind. I'm sure Authors could in theory sell their stuff directly to AI companies if they're good enough, and they will pay well in order to keep it from being published.

The artists in question are 14 year old pooner "moe" artists. Yeah, they need to go.
