try keto diet, i've never been overweight but when i did keto it made me lean fast. just stay under 50g carbs and sugar and for carbohydrates only eat something like a rind fruit like an orange or banana.

dont try to force yourself into a super calorie deficit. i did that, lost 10kgs in 3 months only to regain it all when i came back home from university. But ive made a plan for myself, and i think it could help others too. the key is being susteinable. Anything below 1000cals daily won't work because you'll tyre quickly and won't be able to perform tasks or work out. another thing is exercise. you cant outexercise a bad diet, but having a healthy diet and exercise routine will improve your mood and make you want to continue. also dont completely restrict junk food, it just makes you want to eat it more and binge. its important to have a balance
go calculate your bmr, and form a meal plan surrounding it. if youre going to do low cal meals, plus exercise, you should eat lots of protein, as it satiates you more. also drinking more fluids, just water is fine, but electrolytes also help. and if you like tea, green tea is nice after dinners or in the evening as its also an appetite suppressor

>>96597Thoughts on high-protein junk food? (like crispy chicken) Should one prefer it over less meaty, more fatty stuff like fries, burgers etc?
