EXTREME and elaborate surgery routine, I'd basically have doctors and surgeons around me 24/7 until I was an 8, even if it took 4 years of nonstop surgeries and bed-rotting in a hospital

I'd set myself up somewhere, off-grid but still close enough to society to be able to actually interact with it.

Ideally I find the land I want to use and build my house on it, obviously I would pay people to do much of the work since it's impossible to do everything on your own. I would make sure that this location is one safe from natural disasters, one where I can farm, ideally near a river or some other source of water, it should also be in a decent climate. Whatever government there is over there should ideally be a less powerful one, so I don't get raped with taxes and regulations

If you're wondering what place I have in mind it's somewhere in West Virginia. The state is very rural and cheap to live in, but it's also close enough to the Northeast that you can still have connections to influential figures. There's probably other places I could pick but West Virginia is also fairly close to my current home so I think it would be there

After I get done with all that I'll invest and save much of the remaining money, I would make sure to split it across various different types: stocks, gold, crypto, etc. Obviously I would keep some on hand so I can actually use it

After that I would work on influencing society, basically the shit all rich people already do. Obviously I would also work on making businesses, I;d love to jumpstart a town near my house that could effectively be it's own thing and give me money and influence.

I can't say how successful I would be and honestly there's a good chance I just stop at the house part, if it's ever too expensive I can always downscale things.
