bro just find a hobby or an artist or whatever u like and find a discord server or sm shit. most of the time u can just be an autist that doesnt vc but still chats and joins games and such, no one judges. go to disboard.org and join random niche communities and just talk. if u dont practice u will never be good at talking, so online is a good place to start!
