yeah, i classmate recommended it to me. apparently its harder for me to quit o algo because i have ocd. when i first quit i had a harder time, as if no matter what i read in the easypeasy doc just didnt matter when i got an urge, apparently its something something prefrontal cortex gets weakened when urges hit. after 3 weeks i just got over urges no problem and quit for like a year


also about deworming, i know stool tests are called ineffective, but im also planning to do a blood test with the stool test. any other recommendations?

oh yeah and i seen a lot of brain fog (which might either be worms or porn) and recently really bipolar shitting, either constipation or the complete opposite, something i didnt have before

they're called ineffective because that's basically a roulette. doctor views a micro piece of your shit in microscope for worm eggs. here are the possibilities which make so much false negatives:
1. he doesn't grab piece with eggs in it. this test works normally only if infection is very severe and eggs are EVERYWHERE inside your shit.
2. he thinks that eggs are pieces of food, dirt or whatever else.
3. he isn't experienced enough to find eggs (same as 2)
4. nobody actually inspects your shit and they just send you a negative
blood test won't indicate any parasites if there are some in your bloodstream, same reasons as for stool + they're not looking exactly for parasites
