I honestly feel like "mild" neurodivergence barely exists for females, if at all. Speaking anecdotally, I can think of dozens of males I went to school with who were obviously autistic or had something going on with them, but I can only think of maybe two or three female equivalents, and they were definitely on the lower end of the "high functioning" echelon. Autistic males tended to have dead giveaway signs like strange stances, bizarre vocal cadences, weird manners of walking, strange stares, bizarre clothing choices usually informed by obliviousness, etc. but most high functioning female "autists" have and show none of these things. Maybe some outspoken interest in a stereotypically "weird" thing like Hazbin Hotel or the furry fandom, but that's about it.
