He has fully given in to the carnivore diet, which is popular on tiktok, where you drink raw milk, kefir and eat lots of red meat, eggs and you avoid grain, seed oils and other goyslop. The thing is that after trying it out for myself i kinda get it and it feels right to me.
I know this diet is popular in right wing spaces so I wanted (you)r guys' thoughts on it. Also please share what kind of food you guys think is healthy or le bad. Deworm fags are also free to share what they think about the raw milk and raw meat.

bro just home cook with fresh produce and good quality meat/carbs. the carnivore diet is absolute bullshit. i’m a chefGOD and cook from home every night and would be absolutely willing to share some of my favourite recipes. no processed bs, no seed oils, lean meats, fresh produce. learn how to cook from scratch and you’ll start becoming more healthy
