start with bimax before considering implants or rhinoplasty (bimax can also change nose shape after all). bimax combined with genio is often called trimax, so you can just refer to it that way. if a surgeon uses that term you know he's blackpilled. trimax is usually enough on its own. also try to stick with bone based procedures rather than implants, since it's also possible to widen the jaw using bone alone. bone is always better than implants. i also doubt you need blepharoplasty, since indians are generally known for having larger eyelids already, you're probably thinking of ptosis surgery instead. i'm not familiar enough with skin whitening to comment. as for micropenis, r/gettingbigger is a good place to look into that.
