rad-140 daily, enclomiphene once every 4 days, do this for 2 months, hop off rad-140 continue talking enclomiphene once every 4 days then stop 2 weeks later

whilst taking the sarms, do full body compound lifts daily,
5x5 bench, squat, pullups, rows, overhead press, deadlilt,

whilst doing all of this eat 4-5 thousand calories every day, 200 grams of protein- make sure you dont eat nigger cattle goyslop, the rad140 will recomp your body but if you continue eating zogslop you will not help yourself

also whilst doing all of this keep the caffeine under 250mg, and make sure you do jogging every day so you dont murder your heart

I know one "method", don't recommend it doe. Once multiple 'jeets got hired at my local goyslop restaurant and I got poisoned with something terrible. I couldn't ingest anything, even water, I just was constantly puking (even when there was no vomit) and had diharrea at the same time. After a week of this niggerhell I got somewhat better and lost 10 kg as a result. Do NOT repeat this. It was 5 years ago, I don't eat at goyslop food chains anymore.

It increases the size of muscle tissue, but not the quantity- so it isn't worth it, it's easy to increase muscle tissue size- its extremely hard to build new muscle tissue cells once you reach a certain level of training


Just one warning, enclo will give you brain fog, head aches, and eye aches if you take too much of it or take it too frequently- on top of that you will have a libido through the roof, I orgasmed 7-8 times (No blanks) in one day once, it's an extremely powerful drug.

Rad-140 is mild for me, just dont take more than 10mg a day and make sure you have atleast 1-2 months to recover when you hop off of it, and that you have some sort of PCT

I started a few months ago and I'm 20 btw, just warning you don't take this during puberty, Enclomiphene once a week might be okay if youre a caca but I would just optimize naturally

Also take creatine, 5g a day minimum- no matter what its literally a cheat code with 0 downsides
