Stop watching 'tok and start reading books like bible because I said so and it works.

this might not fix your problem but its worth trying. force yourself into trying out new things. Be it games, movies, music, stuff in general really. I know that made me happier.

I'll probably quit tiktok once I get more stuff to fill the time with. Books are cool but Its hard for me to read more than like 30 min a day

I'd limit the amount of time you spend on digital entertainment

It's a sign that you need to search for more fulfilling things to spend your precious time on.
