I really like to stare at my phosphenes for minutes on end by pressing my fists into my eyes, ive done this since I was a little caca and I called it looking at my "tune-its"
I do this and then also try to see how long the burn in lasts by blinking rapidly
This is what I most commonly see after an extended period
