Okay this sounds interesting, and I read abit about anhedonia and yeah I guess that makes sense.
I like to think back to this moment where I spent close to 9 hours studying and I felt SO FUCKING GOOD at the end of it. Like all this dopamine had built up and I’m sat in this hazy cloud of enjoyment, albeit, also completely overwhelmed with stress.
Ive never done that before and I’ve not done it since. I’ll aim to try and get there through this
