I was in sort of a similar situation, but literally just uninstalling the app worked because the brain no longer considered it easy dopamine if it had to wait three minutes to reinstall and log in. You don't need to have skills, you can learn something you're interested in (drawing, coding, some kind of personal project, even if you're not good). Or just find some nature to walk in or (fauci forbid) apply for a job.
