I don't think its as bad as being an incel your whole life. You at least know what sex feels like, and can speak of your experience if sex or partners comes into question during a conversation. The desire for a sexual relationship is probably nowhere near as strong, since I've heard its not that crazy when you actually have it.

The desire for a romantic relationship may be stronger, since you know what it feels like and that would make you miss it.
