This is really good, I used to read a lot but now I waste too much time on jewtube. I'm working on reverting that. Not spending hours every day on the goyim key jingling site is a good thing.

You said you're using youtube for learning, funnily enough I have the same issue. I can watch an hour of a SNCA rant about some niche topic, but I can barely sit and watch 10 minutes of a video for revision.

Download an adblocker if you don't have one. Ublock is the one everyone recommends. Jewtube is already bad enough, definitely don't waste time watching ads.
