I've used it in the past and while I admittedly am not completely porn deprived it did take me out of it for a while. it's probably worth a look.

In fact, most porn addicts know the truth of their affliction, a good deal have probably read the easypeasy method and assumed themselves to be cured; yet, they are still trapped. Now, I can't speak to what every 'teen should do because I'm not a guru (nor should you be looking for one on le 'net anyway). However, what I can say is that discipline is essential; not discipline to stave away temptation but discipline to affirm virility. To this end, it may be best to consider Retardmaxxing. Keep good practices and don't overthink those practices. Sometimes it's better not to ponder those sorts of things. You haven't the time to be fastidious nor do you have the need.
