Its more a scale of how neurodivergent you are.
Normies can socialise without any issue, while autists will struggle. If you are lucky enough to have positive reinforcement as a young autist, you will either become a gegbull who is hypersocial but nobody likes and who embarasses themselves all the time, or you will be lucky and find people that actually like you but encourage you to act more normally. If you get negative reinforcement you will probably shrink away into a shell and minimise social interactions.
Of course if you are ugly, even as a normie you are more likely to be bullied and therefore shut yourself off.
I used to believe that introversion and extroversion were things that you kinda just had from birth, but I think its a mixture of factors and can be changed. I'm going to force myself to be a lot more social in uni, there isn't a single advantage to being an introvert. NormalGODs won, you either adapt to their world or die.
