You have to pair fat loss with muscle growth. Work out your whole body, especially the core area if that is what bothers you, and pair that with a stable loss of body fat. To build muscle you need to eat more protein than you normally would. Chicken and eggs are good sources of protein. Eat that with vegetables, and a tiny bit of carbs. Make sure to cut out any drinks other than water and maybe milk, they're empty calories, alcohol in particular is terrible for this. You don't have to eat like a wild dog, no need to just eat slabs of meat, vegetables add taste and minerals/vitamins while having barely any calories, and also help you digest properly. If you're eating any carbs, eat them in very small quantities. They are calorie dense without many nutrients

OP this is beyond pathetic, if I were suddenly placed in your place I couldn't live with myself being this weak and I'd do everything I could to get out this situation. If you can't even do one regular push up, like that one nusoi said, wall push ups and knee push ups are a good way to progress but frankly in your situation I'd recommend the gym. It's not really expensive and there definitely is one within walking distance of you so don't bullshit.The good thing about the gym is that it's way harder to put off, for example if you do calisthenics at home it's very easy to just get lazy and not do them, but if you're already at the gym or are walking to it, you're not just going to turn around 180°, you're probably going to stick it out even you don't want to.The gym is also easier to progress since there are all sorts of weight ranges. As a beginner I recommend you to go 3x per week, you can add more days latter on when you aren't such a clittycel. Also regarding diet make sure to be in a caloric deficit and eat mostly animals foods and fruits (maybe some veggies). Animals foods being milk,yogurt,cream,butter,caviar,lean and fatty meats, organs,eggs, fish (absolutely goated food) and so on. This is what I personally eat and I feel great. Also make sure to have an actual sleep schedule since if lack sleep your work in the gym will kind of be pointless since during sleep is when your body actually builds muscle, working out just gives it the needed stimulation. The main things I recommend for sleep are watching the sunset and sunrise for a healthy circadian rhythm, shutting off all electronics a couple of hours before bed and not eating a couple of hours before bed.
