I spent like 10 days recently not using my pc(did use my laptop somewhat doe) and its probs the longest time in the recent 5 years(outside of vacation and summer that is) and i feel pretty great not sitting infront of a monitor, and i spent my time on some other stuff. But would it maybe be a better idea to kick my obvious addiction by selling my pc and instead using a laptop? I rarely play games any more and if not its the 'craft but that runs on practically anything decently compared to my goonmachine 9000 that ive poured way too much money into to justify playing raisin on it. Atleast my plan is to sell it and replace it with a decent machine that can handle some gaming, store my valuable photos and do other stuff i would need a decent pc for. Atleast im under the belief that i need to change my environment for me to truly change for the better and not become a tranny groomerald o algo. As ive almost been groomed on separate occations but because im kinda afraid of most people on the internet, but ive been inadvertedly groomed by the content i used to consume and like most 'teens, EPIed. Albeit probably not as much as some cases ive read about here, but atleast im doing better now.

dont do this, download blender and learn how to use it, you wont regret it.

 â„–87032[Quote]

>>87029
nigga i got no interest in doing shit in blender

 â„–87033[Quote]

i have 100 shekels 70/30 odds on selling so you should sell

 â„–87035[Quote]

>>87033
im most likely gonna sell it as i rarely use it these days especially since summer has come but also i got other stuff i need to do with my life rather than spend my free time on a pc either playing rasin by myself or watching the 'tube

 â„–87037[Quote]

>>87032
you can make cool ass shit tho

 â„–87039[Quote]

>>87027 (OP)
well since you don't want to be groomed into descisions again then follow your heart, but i would reccomened selling it. videogames are such a waste of time i am glad that me personally i have hobbies now.

 â„–87040[Quote]

>>87039
yeah i recently picked up playing guitar and doing more stuff outside also picked a school a bit long away so i get myself to maybe go on some side quest or something lol

 â„–87042[Quote]

>>87037
id rather make cool ass shit in real life!

 â„–87043[Quote]

>>87040
for me i now read and walk a lot. i enjoy it. glad you like guitar.
you should walk home from ur school if you live near woods or something thats fun

 â„–87044[Quote]

>>87043
my mom bought me some books for christmas i havent read, and i think i might pick that up too as i used to kinda be a little bookworm when i was a caca

 â„–87045[Quote]

>>87044
definitely do that. you have no idea how good it will be for you. maybe it will be a struggle at first but if you stop watching youtube crap and vidya it will be fun. also the reward after finishing one

 â„–87046[Quote]

>>87027 (OP)
don't sell it, its fine to use it occasionally and they cost too much
Just read books and ignore it. Spend time outside. Computers are fine when its late at night and you already read during the day

 â„–87048[Quote]

>>87045
yeah i always find myself adding long video essays to watch later only to not watch them at all however i do know what genre of books i like and i have a few that ive started reading but i have a tendency to forget what books im on lol

 â„–87050[Quote]

>>87048
i use goodreads to keep track of my books. thats fun. check it out

 â„–87051[Quote]

>>87046
i see no point in having it if i rarely spend time on it and its kinda caused me "trauma"(idk what else to call it but i dont think its that exactly but im esl anyways) and whenever i wake up looking at my monitor which is plugged out during the night i just feel a sense of dread. i think its rather healthier that i just use a laptop from time to time rather than having a whole ass gaming rig which also has my whole life on it and that i would have no time saving it in the event of either my house burning or other reasons leaving me no choice than to abandon a good chunk of my belongings. Plus someone probably can find more joy using this pc rather than me not using it and letting it collect dust.

 â„–87052[Quote]

>>87050
ah yeah i can try that app

 â„–87053[Quote]

>>87052
cool beans then

fair enough then, you still have your laptop to do general internet shit. Its a good time to sell it, don't be a retard and sell it all at once, see if you can sell the RAM individually to soyim that NEED a gorillion GB of it in their PC and can't wait for prices to go back down.

If its a good computer its a decent chunk of money. I recommend spending some of it on a bike/skateboard or something if you don't have one, its fun to explore your local area on them and find /calm/ spots in nature to read. I recommend skateboards because you can also learn tricks which are good for your balance and muscle memory, and doing anything that is physically difficult and takes your full attention is better than any type of therapy. If you haven't already, make sure to get a library card, libraries are free and that way you don't have to concern yourself with storage for books or having to pay for most of them.

yeah, alternatively i could just make the pc more expensive cause of the ram prices doe.

i have considered skateboarding but i think id like BMX bikes more, as ive wanted to buy one for quite a while. And i also have both a regular trail bike and an ebike so i can get myself around. im considering getting a new library card too. :)

buy a cheap second hand skateboard on facebook marketplace, it won't be great buy you can get one for like 10$ to see what its like
BMX is cool too, i wouldn't recommend skating if you aren't in a more urban area as you need decent pavement/roads to skate on, BMX is aryan if you are in a more rural area and have forests and shit to go around in.
As long as you sell the PC for a good price overall thats what matters, don't sell it cheap because you want to get rid of it ASAP. If the PC is bothering you, just put it in a box until you sell it. Might be worth keeping the monitor THOUGH though, its better for your neck and back to be looking straight/up at a monitor than being hunched over a laptop, connect it via hdmi.

i live in a decently sized town but all that really is here is suburbs and a shopping mall in the town center, there is decent pavement but id say its more safer to ride a bike here as there is alot of sidewalks and separate bike paths. i do sometimes see skaters when im downtown but most of the skating culture is nearer towards the city thats like a 20 minute bus ride from where i live.

yeah, im not gonna get rid of it immediately, as i first need to kinda sort my stuff and delete photos and files i dont need, and also to back it up on the old laptop i use for my other stuff. i could keep the monitor but i do not see myself spending loads of time on a laptop so alternatively i could just buy a stand or something as i like this mouse and keyboard im using lol

 â„–87065[Quote]

>>87063
A stand is good
I live in the euro equivalent of suburbs, skating is fine if you want to do it. If its purely for transport biking is definitely safer, you don't run the risk of getting sent flying while on a road because your wheel got stuck on a pebble.

i live in yurop too and recently they have improved local cycling infrastructure here where i live but theres sometimes places where its lacking or very badly maintained, thankfully not too much of a problem especially on my ebike

Annasarchive has a thrembillion ebooks you can download on your laptop and transfer to your phono with jewgle drive or email

 â„–87089[Quote]

i know of the place, ive gotten my hands on some truthnukes there too

 â„–87163[Quote]

With the ram and gpu bullshit going on i think you should sell it without those parts and put them in a work pc

 â„–87167[Quote]

>>87027 (OP)
>hi guys im sitting on a 2x asset right now, is it time to sell?

 â„–87213[Quote]

>>87027 (OP)
not a bad idea tbh. ive been thinking of getting a macbook and also a steam machine or something similar to play vidya from time to time.
i have a beast of a pc and i kinda regret spending so much money on it, i barely play any games and when i do i dont feel like i need ultra graphics ray tracing 120+fps either way.

im not sure what will i do without gaming doe, im not good for physical activities and my friends and i dont meet up too much since they got jobs and shit.

 â„–87219[Quote]

>>87213
Buy a decent laptop, theres much cheaper choices that macbooks unless you must be an itoddler.
If you sell your pc for a steam box, I recommend you also buy a PS3 o algo and jailbreak it, dump pirated games on that and play them, or even buy used ones most cost nothing now. Older consoles are great to play because you don't have a gorillion updates when you want to play a game, it just werks, and you can fully enjoy your game without getting distracted by other raisin on your computer
Also sitting on a sofa and playing games from a distance is better for your eyes than being 50cm from a monitor

ok definitely not all models
I'm just trying to say that an older console won't leave you with a 20 minute update each time you want to play
