bsso wont do much for you aesthetically and im guessing ur probably getting it covered through insurance which means they wont go for aggressive movements. I'd really spend time looking into facial surgery a little more dude especially if you are getting jaw surgery the recovery is long and you wont see true results till after a year.
Imagine waiting an entire fucking year just to figure out the surgeons didn't move you as much as you wanted and you look the exact same. If i was going to go under the knife and wanted to fix a recessed jaw I'd at least make sure they went through with significant movements and did something more impactful like a double jaw surgery combined with a rhino.
