Run for at-least ten minutes a day, take a fair bit of vitamin D, zinc and magnesium supplements. If possible, also hit heavier weights then what your doing currently and if you are, stop masturbating. It might seem silly, but when I was obsessed with my test levels a while back I used to placebo myself into artificially raising my levels by bullshitting observations regarding my levels and its effects on my body. After a while this actually began to work a bit.

Start with little pesky things which are negligible at first glance but also make you feel disrespected. Like somebody cutting in line or ignoring you. Speak out, even if it won't correct the situation, it will boost your self-esteem. Don't allow others to disrespect you. This way you'll stay calm and nobody will push you around.
