You may struggle through many similar things in life by virtue of being a man. But being an incel is specifically about the struggles of being unable to get a girlfriend. If you are vocal about the problems, theres a very high chance you are a chud, blackedpilled or whatever. But you are not an incel. People hate it when sex having people call themselves incels, because they are appropriating a term used to describe a pain someone has that they cannot get rid of, and despite having been able to experience it, you pretend to be like them. Its like how veterans hate those who will lie about being in the military or make false claims about what they did while serving or whatever, calling it "stolen glory". You may also have found it hard to get a girlfriend or have sex. You can talk with incels about that, that is fine. But do not call yourself an incel.
