I started by decreasing my gooning until outright quitting when summer break started, and I was able to maintain it by going outside and running or weedeating my fuckass yard every day. When the next schoolyear came around, I got assigned a lot of reading, so I did it most afternoons, and I did track and cross country. I was able to go 9 months without beating off. Doebeit, I think I mostly lost the urge after a few weeks/months, and I only started again out of curiosity/boredom, but it just felt like nothing. I didn’t watch porn again for some time over a year, but I wasn’t keeping track. That said, I started with softcore at no younger than 13 and the worst I got was gooning around 3 or 4 times a week to pretty normal stuff if anything, so this might not be so helpful.

OP here checking in. All that you guys have said is good advice, I'll try to keep busier or avoid it since its not even good you just end up doing it out of boredom disguised as arousal most often than not, gotta always remind myself its really not worth it and doesn't really contribute anything to my life. I'll also check easypeasymethod as I've heard it be recommended before so it must help.
Of course, it doesnt take a genius to come to all those conclusions, but I think it helps hearing from other people, at least.
