PLEASE DONT as someone who started taking them 5 months ago now, my life is ruined. i don't see this ending well for me. they are not for health, they are for anxiety disorders. and even as someone who has had debilitating anxiety since i was a kid they still wont prescribe me them because of how addictive they are.
