>>103908>Im practically just praying that a girl will approach me first. I had a girl approach me first. Somehow she (a biological woman) managed to play the active role and push the relationship forward at each stage, from the start all the way up to the breakup. It was genuinely a fun and exciting 6 months.
But actually, the main thing I learned from this "relationship" is that I just don't do the long-term thing at all. That was why she broke up with me. There was a slow build-up, then an intense 2-3 months of passion, and then finally once things settled down and became routine, I mostly stopped caring. Don't get me wrong, it was a clear improvement from being single – but even if I do have a girl, my mind is always going to be autistically focused on some bizarre special interest that me and 5 other people care about, which is going to alienate a woman. Now when you're in that lovey-dovey phase it's very easy and satisfying to give all your attention to a woman, because it's interesting and it feels important, but once you move past that lovey-dovey phase, it really becomes a burden. It just stops hitting your brain the same way. This is why men say that clingy girls are bad. So I'm not in a hurry to have another relationship, because it would simply be a repeat of that cycle.
I think love is overrated. Not everyone needs it. Of course, some men DO, and they need the idea of love to get them out of bed each morning. But love is honestly just one of countless ways to make your life meaningful. The idea that love is the #1 emotion that brings meaning to life is a very recent idea that became popular with the rise of Disney movies a century ago, and before that love was just some dumb thing that teenagers obsessed over and grew out of by the time they hit 25. All poets back then used to be like 20 years old because it was considered bizarre and dumb to care about love as an adult. My relationship was fun but it doesn't come close to the best experiences I had so far in the 2020's.
If you're a virgin, you should find some way to experience love ASAP. That way you can learn whether or not you should chase it. You might not even need it
