I have vitamin D deficiency because I live in the UK, you just can't get enough from the sun.

Luckily you can get supplements for it. They're not as good as the real deal obviously, but unfortunately I can't just move somewhere sunnier

I would use chemistry classes to zone out and daydream, since the classroom was very long and I was all the way at the back.
