In the picrel he starts off with some hygiene and exercise. Thats being nice to yourself more than anything. If the people you hang out with are boring or annoying, distance yourself from them while trying to find people with similar interests to you that you actually enjoy being around. I surs as hell hope you are still in some form of education because otherwise your choice for people your age you are exposed to is going to be small due to population decline.
