I'm just want to forget this site, but I can't. I daydream about what threads I would make, how would I seethe, and how I would own trannies all day. This exhausting. Take a week off. Just don't touch the soysphere. Play games on your phono o algo instead of looking at the sharty for a week. Then after about a week or two, lift your self imposed ban, but try to be more careful with how much time you spend on the site.
I spent some time looking at the sharty on my computer in the back of chemistry classes because the teacher was boring as shit. If you're doing it, be VERY careful you aren't found, because you could get in some serious trouble with the school if someone leans over and sees you looking at a trannyjak in school. I also recommend getting off the endless time wasting boards of /soy/ and /pol/ if you use it. Its an endless stream of shit and coal. If you use lower pph boards you can't get as strong a dopamine hit so you will maybe check it for max an hour a day.
