Does anyphono also lack interest with common entertainment, just to list a few:
>Movies
I don't enjoy sitting down for long periods of time and would rather do something else in said time, also most movies are unfortunately propaganda one way or another (second picrel)
>TV Shows
Much preferred over movies but fall under the same criticisms
>Vidya
Have an edge over the aforementioned but aren't as appealing as they used to be aldoe I do play on the wii with guest as I can't maintain a conversation for the life of me
>Music
Recently it's lost the charm and appeal that it once I had, doe I still have favourite albums, I don't have a favourite band nor do I have a desire to go see a concert or wear merchandise for a genre.
<
A lot of it is just underwhelming, and there are other activities and things I'd prefer to occupy the time. I was curious if anyone else could relate

On the vidya, I could never imagine myself becoming frens with and IRL vidya dork because they make being a product consooming nerd their entire personality and even decorate themselves with it. Childish retards.

I have enjoyed some movies, but only a select few that are listed as the best of all time, and even then I generally watch it with family.

Most TV shows are pure shit. I've tried many times, and I'll get bored of even the better ones after a season or two. They drag out things to be able to sell people more seasons and episodes. Most adults use netflix to completely zone out in front of after work because they are too tired to do anything else, its practically just mental static.

I enjoy music but my tastes are incredibly specific. I mostly like wartime songs, they have some true soul. Concerts don't appeal to me either.

Books are pretty good entertainment. Its hard to engage with after a day of work doe, it requires some focus that sometimes I'm too tired for. Also, anything fiction written in the last 20 years is generally brimstone.

Vidya is weird. I like it a lot, but basically all the games I play often are from before 2010. Old games were better when they didn't pad the game for more play hours, stuff it with microtransactions, battle passes, etc.

About making friends that like vidya, it depends on the person and their approach to games. Playing something like 'craft with friends is fun. If they play from time to time and they have a life outside of it its fine. If they practically live on 'cord and vidya games, obsess over the latest slop that will be forgotten in a month, or play games (((competitively))), they are a retarded shabbos goy and should be avoided at all costs

What about comics and books?

I enjoy books, mainly non-fiction. Not sure about comics, read graphic novels a lot as a caca, but fiction has lost the appeal it once had for me

I've felt like this for awhile. I was doing that one "9 movies that have impacted you" and I legit couldn't fill it out because of how few I've watched. I barely managed to fill out the show one. I'm an ADHDtard so it's very difficult for me to sit down and watch something, especially since I'm very particular about watching movies and shows. I used to play games a lot but I legit haven't played a game in like 2 weeks. College is keeping me busy and I think I'm a bit depressed right now since I lack the energy to do most things, even something as simple as playing a game.

I can relate to enjoying books a lot. You can go at your own pace with books, you can read them anywhere, and they're honestly more interesting than whatever show is put out. I also play vidya which isn't "conventially" popular, a lot of paradox games and strategy games in general. I've always hated the "what videogames do you play" question because I either have to mumble a lie about playing some normie game or I have to reveal my weird interests. In either case it renders me unable to connect with normies.

I actually decided to do some math about my favorite game of all time, Europa Universallis 4. The game has an estimated 5 million sales, I'll be generous and round it to 6 million to account for things like piracy. Even if all those people lived in the US(which most don't, paradox games are very popular around the world, much more than in the US), it would still only be about 1.7% of the total population. Out of a thousand people only 17 would play it, on average.

Lets be a bit less generous though. The official sales numbers are 5 million, but when you consider that a lot of people don't even play the steam games that they buy it's almost certainly a lower amount of people who have actually played it. I'll say it's 4 million instead. According to some statistics I found, about 50% of the games copies were sold in English, I'll generously assume those were all Americans even&doe english is spoken in other countries. This would leave me with about 0.6% of the American population which has played eu4.

Stuff like this is what depresses me about interaction with normies. Eu4 is probably one of my more popular interests and the chance of me actually meeting someone else who plays it irl are incredibly low. This is why I used the internet a lot, here you can find tons of people who shares your interests no matter how obscure they are. I've probably never met a soyteen irl and likely never will, but I still love interacting with the people of this site. It's a great place to talk to people I can relate to.

We are basically the same then geg. I'm the person you replied to, also an ADHDtard and I play hoi4. Its more popular than EU4 but the community is more retarded and got infiltrated by troons and faggots in recent years.

I also struggle with the questions of what games I play. I play a range so I normally pick the most normie ones, I'll just say minecraft and terraria to most people.

I wish I was born a complete retard, and not a neurodivergent type either. Just a plain old 70iq tard. I would play fortnite, fifa and the latest COD games with a large group of friends, I would watch sportsball, I would get married and I would have children with my equally stupid wife.

Instead I'm cursed with enough intellect to want to be something, and ADHD means that I struggle majorly doing even the more basic stuff.

What degree do you do? I just started uni for electrical engineering, its ok right now but I can tell that once we start advanced maths its going to be hell.

I'm doing Marine Engineering because I have an autistic obsession with ships and because it'll allow me to interact with relatively little with people + I'll have a lot of time off

Same to be honest. I've done a few iq tests and I'm generally in the 120-135 range, yet I'd happily drop myself to like 80 if it just meant I wasn't a sperg/ADHDtard anymore. Neurodivergent people, especially spergs, are unironically the most oppressed group in society. I think the autistic suicide rate is like 9 times the normal average and the average life span for a sperg is in the 39-54 year range in comparison to the global average of 72. If you want to blackpill yourself look up statistics about autists, it's some of the most depressing stuff I have ever seen.

And the saddest part is that it'll never change. As long as we're the minority we will always be despised because we're simply different. People talk on and off about "autism acceptance" but all of that is bullshit. The modern era might be some of the worst times for spergs in human history. It's gotten to the point that I'm not sure if I even want to reproduce because I don't anyone to experience the life of a sperg.

One "game" I'd like to get would be NoLimits2, I put game in quotation marks as it's more so a simulator/software, utilized by engineers who design roller coasters (an interest of mine).

OP here, I as well intend to pursue Engineering once I transfer to a university, Mechanical Engineering

>Movies
I liked some movies like Robocop and the Magnificent Seven, but I don't watch them that often. I should watch the Dollars trilogy doebeit, as I like westerns quite well. Cartoons from the 1930's are gemmy, but I treat them less like entertainment and more as fun pieces of art in a museum. Displays of a bygone era, one might call them.
>TV Shows
I watch them even less than movies. I only rarely watch Family Guy clips on Youtube and I recently saw a Simpsons episode but that's about it. Shows for streaming services are 99% of the time actual dog shit and blatant propaganda.
>Video games
I never play anything recent and I only play a handful of retro games. They're cheap and there's no fag messaging since there wasn't enough space for it back in the day.
>Music
I mostly listen to old stuff. There are exceptions to this, but you can count them on one hand. I have a wide range of old I like (classical to I'd say 90's/2000's), and I'm not that picky about genres that much as long as it's not egregiously bad. I can go from country to progrock basically.
<
Semi-related SNCA, but I knew two guys who were extremely into indie shit, think Glitch Productions, Hollow Knight, that kind of stuff. The first one was somewhat well adjusted and was fine to talk to, so he's not worth talking about that much, but the second one was a complete retard. This nigger LIVED to consooooooom. It was all he knew and it was all he was ever good at because aside from knowing about horror ARGs he contributed nothing of worth to any group project, sometimes being a burden on the whole group. I shit you not, he kicked me in tard rage because I DARED to insinuate that K-POP: Demon Hunters is targeted towards 14 year old girls. That should put his dedication to goyslop in perspective. For those wondering, he was a greasy sub-5. I'm not writing any more about him, this is enough.
