you shouldn't combine fasting with deworming. the point of water fasting is that you don't consume anything but water. there are also caveats with fasting like electrolyte deficiency and quitting it proper way. (you can't go straight for solid food after it) read more about this before you fast
and castor oil is not the best method, you should pick something else.
