How many hours a day should you spend doing productive work, im trying to pursue a hobby and be able to make a living off of it but I've been a lazy nigger most of my life until pretty recently and have been trying to become productive.

It's hard to be productive in the solitude of your own comfort. I really recommend you find a public work space / library, and surround yourself with other people. You gain a sort of natural competitiveness that pushes you to work.
