It comes from palindromic prime numbers, which end exactly as they begin, just as trannies (hons) are born male and also die male.
There is a lengthy proof I do not have time to write here that every time you post either picrel with a post number matching Hon-Acker's digits, Honaker himself will rise and personally ACK that many trannies on your behalf.
