i think i'm broken
i did something "bad" recently that resulted in a massive fallout yet i didn't and still don't feel a thing
people have expressed their anger, their sadness, their fear, but i don't feel any remorse nor glee
not even a post from someone venting about how they were going to kill themselves as a consequence of my actions moved me in the slightest

this wasn't meant to be a humble brag, i've been like this for a while and life isn't fun when you can't feel anything

I was in the same boat for most of my life. I’d love to say you grow out of it but I think what allowed me to understand how I felt and how others felt was meditation and then processing my early years.
What I realised was, I had been feeling things my whole life (albeit blunted) and I just didn’t notice the feeling or understand the feeling.
I can blame it on sleep deprivation or whatever but the solution is mindfulness.

Even today, I wont realise how I feel until I process the present with meditation or just a few minutes of stillness.
Then, I can simmer in the emotion.
Emotions to me are much more complex then I’ve ever seen described however, so maybe you have that to look forward to, if you’re like me.

it's gotten much worse for me recently so i don't think i'll be growing out of it
i really don't feel like i'm feeling anything but maybe i'm just not noticing it as you said
i'll try meditation i guess

Don't expect everything to fix itself straight away, the benefits compound over months of consistency
A better strategy would be to do a little at the same time each day (or during your morning/night time routine)
I literally meditated for 3 minutes just before i went to sleep for like a week before moving it up to 5, then increasing again a few weeks later
Now I enjoy the process, because it can be a little uncomfortable at first, there's a very nice feeling of bliss to be found after 10 minutes or so
